For traffic coming from Clare, North Limerick and North Kerry
Exit the M7 at exit 25
At the roundabout, take the 3 rd exit
At the next roundabout, take the 2 nd exit onto R498 and go 32k to Thurles
Coming into Thurles take the 2nd exit from the roundabout at LIT
Continue to Liberty Square turning left, continue down and out over the Suir bridge
onto Cathedral Street to take the 2nd exit on the roundabout onto Kickham street
heading out the N75 Dublin direction. About 6k out tale the left junction for Two Mile
Borris and continue through the village onto the “T” Junction on the R639. Turn left
here and head for 0.5K, the entrance to the cross country is on your right. There is
parking on site to the left with the course on the right in the Avenue. Under no
circumstances will there be parking allowed on the public road
