I am fortunate to have known and competed against Sean Whelan over the years. We have had many battles on Cork roads over 10 mile and half marathon distance. Little did I think back then that I would become a club mate, he is a true, wonderful friend and motivator to me. The picture is Tom Casey, Tim J Buckley, Sean Whelan celebrating 30th birthday of Ennis Track, Tom and Sean are founder members of the club, and they ran a 10k today to mark the occasion led by Sean Whelan.
