The Autumn Open International Cross Country never fails to entertain, some absolutely super performances with times that show what great shape these athletes are heading into the Cross Country Season. The Clare’s Even Age athletes turned up in droves to Clarecastle this morning to start what will be an exciting cross country seasons, with trips to Limerick, Cork and far away as Donegal on the agenda. From the 1st to the 6th of August Cali Columbia, will host the World Athletics U20 Championships.  Athletes from all over the world, more than 1500 have been preparing for this event for some time, with huge committment they have achieved the required standards and sought off stiff competition in order to book one of these much sought after spots.
