IMPORTANT WARM UP INFORMATION FOR SUNDAY: There is no warming up or cooling down on the Horse Course at Limerick Racecourse. Any warm ups must be done on the green areas beside the car park or can be done in the large field at the bottom of the cross country course behind the yard where everyone will congregate. Twilight Run A Spooktactular Success

Lees road woodland was transformed on friday evening as hundreds of children ran, walked and screamed their way through our twilight run. The woods were lit up with an array of Christmas lights. A host of characters awaited those brave enough to pass. There was John the butcher, who specialised in human meat!
