All roads lead to Samokov in Bulgaria December 14th for Kevin Mulcaire and Dara Chesser. There was double delight in the club when it was confirmed that Dara Chesser would be joining Kevin at the European Cross County Championship. Kevin had gained automatic selection having won the National Junior Championship in fine style. It was a longer wait for Dara but his fine run on Sunday coming 4th must have impressed the selectors. It is also a very good reflection of coach Pat Hogan whose commitment to the young runners in Ennis Track is reaping dividends.
