Liam Markham, currently on athletic scholarship in the University of Illinois, ran his opening cross country last Saturday in Louisville. Liam coming back from injury ran a very solid race finishing in 55th place covering the 8k in 25.03. He scored second team member for his squad.
Liam, currently in his third year, studying accountancy had a superb indoor / outdoor season, running 3.41/42 on a number of occasions for the 1500m. He also ran under 4.02 for the mile.
