What a great experience for Ava Rochford this weekend where she was a guest at the Scottish Indoor Championships at the Emirates Arena in Glasgow. It was Silver all the way when she was 2nd in the 60m hurdles and 2nd in the High Jump. What a huge achievement considering she will be underage at this age group again next year. It was a long day which kicked off at 8.30 am with heats, semi finals and finals in the 60 hurdles followed by High Jump and a lot of travel, but Ava took this all in her stride.
