IMPORTANT WARM UP INFORMATION FOR SUNDAY: There is no warming up or cooling down on the Horse Course at Limerick Racecourse. Any warm ups must be done on the green areas beside the car park or can be done in the large field at the bottom of the cross country course behind the yard where everyone will congregate. There is a good section there that can be used as indicated in the Course Map here. NO ONE CAN BE ALLOWED TO CROSS THE WHITE BARRIERS THAT MARK THE START OF THE HORSE COURSE.
