Greystones AC hosted the first Irish Milers Club meet of 2017 on Saturday 6th May. Ennis Track’s Jo Keane knocked 6 seconds off her PB to win gold in 800m B women’s race in a time of 2:14.25. Patrick O’Rourke took gold in the 800m C men’s race with a pb of 2:00.86. James McGuire also ran a PB in the 800m, while Ben Deasy got a PB in the 1500m. Leah O Neill was just 2 seconds off breaking 5 minutes for her 1500m. Rory Chesser ran 14.31 and Karl Fitzmaurice ran 14.54 (a new PB) in the 5000m.
