Directions
To get there: go out the Kilrush road as far as Shaughnessys Cross which is the Cross for the Kilimer car ferry. Turn right there, after half a mile turn left for Cooraclare. When you get to Cooraclare, turn left and then right after 100m and continue out that road. The cross-country course is on the right.

Warm-Up for under U9, U11, and U13 from 10.15 on with first race at 11am sharp. Please note change of time!!! Adults €5

It is compulsory that all Athletes who are training with the Club take part in the Clare Cross Country racing fixtures. Each Athlete in Cross Country will be running as part of a team. Remember, failing to show up to run – you are letting a team down.
