It was wonderful to see the red and white of Ennis Track at Cork City Sports tonight. Laura Power ran her Junior Ladies 1500m in a time of 5:11.22, while Sean Collins covered the Junior Men’s 1500m in 4:06.30, coming in 8th overall. Then it was all eyes on Kevin Mulcaire in the final race of the night, which saw him knock almost 9 seconds off his PB for the 3000 m. A superb performance which saw him place 11th in this strong Irish and International field. Well done to all three
