The All-Ireland Senior Track & Field will take place at Morton Stadium, Santry, next Saturday and Sunday (8th & 9th August). The following Ennis Track athletes will be in contention for the top spot in Irish athletics.
Patrick Chesser will contest the Junior Men’s 3000m at 1.45 on Saturday. Brian Murphy, Michael Carmody, Karl Fitzmaurice & Anthony Sharkey all run in the Senior Men’s 10,000m final at 3.40 pm on Saturday. Damien Landers & Darragh Lynch run in the 800m heats on Saturday, with finals to follow on Sunday. Likewise, Niamh Markham will run in the 800m women’s heats on Saturday with finals to take place on Sunday. Rory Chesser will defend his 3000m steeplechase title at 3.10pm on Sunday.
