All the hard winter work paid off as our boys and girls pitted themselves against County Clare&#8217;s best. Following is a preliminary report of some of our athletes&#8217; achievements. (Apologies for any mistakes or omissions &#8211; please use the form to the side to send any additional results and photos.)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>U9 Girls: Faye Mannion won gold in the 300m.<\/li>\n<li>U10 Girls: Mollie Lahiffe won the silver\u00a0medal\u00a0in the 500 m;\u00a0Ciara Healy won bronze in the long jump.<\/li>\n<li>U11 Girls: Ciara Frawley was 3rd in the long jump.<\/li>\n<li>U11 Boys: Leo Johnson won silver in the long jump.<\/li>\n<li>U12 Boys: Eoin Ryan won bronze in the long jump.<\/li>\n<li>U13 Girls: Golden girl Ava Rochford won gold in the long jump; she also won gold in the high jump, setting a new county record in the process; gold in the shot putt, setting another Clare indoor record in the process. She finished her day&#8217;s work off\u00a0with gold in the 60m sprint. Ennis Track had a monopoly on the medals in the U13 shot putt with Aisling Moloney and Avril Lillis taking silver and bronze, respectively.\u00a0Neasa N\u00ed Lachtnain won silver medal in the\u00a01000m walk.<\/li>\n<li>U13 Boys:\u00a0Eoin Lahiffe won silver\u00a0in the U13 high jump.<\/li>\n<li>U14 Girls: Neasa N\u00ed Ainf\u00e9in won gold in her 800m race. Ruth Leyden was 3rd in the high jump.<\/li>\n<li>U14 Boys: Colin Ryan won gold in the long jump with a 4.50m pb. He also won silver\u00a0in both the 800-m race and the 60-m sprint. Efe Opouro was the gold medallist in the U14 60-m sprint.<\/li>\n<li>U15 Boys: Twins Dylan\u00a0and Dean\u00a0Casey were first and second, respectively, in the 800m.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t<div
