(Heats, Semi -Finals &amp; Finals). <strong>All events depends on volunteers helping out.\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please be at Nenagh \u00a0by 10.30am \u00a0onwards to do a warm up (see timetable for events times).<br \/>\n<strong>Make your way to the Ennis Track Area to collect numbers, etc\u2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Parents must listen out for track &amp; field<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>events.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>All Ennis Track Athletes must stay together at venue<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Athletes must wear Ennis Track Singlet\/ Suitable running shoes (5mm on spikes)\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Full respect must be given to Nenagh Olympic Facilities and Equipment.<br \/>\nA shop may be open on the day, but the Club encourages all athletes to bring their own lunch\u00a0<strong>&amp; warm clothes.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Club Singlets are now available \u2013 Please Contact Hilda 086 2351969<br \/>\n<strong>Note: Venue is not suitable for small children or pushchairs!<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Adults \u20ac5.00 at the door.
