The Clare Senior Cross Country and Juvenile B Championships will be held on a course at Ralahine Newmarket on Fergus on the road to Sixmilebridge on the lands of Pat Gilligan. Start time of 11am.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>For the B Championships those that are <strong>not allowed<\/strong> to run are the <em>first three individuals<\/em> plus <em>any team medal winner that finished in the top twelve<\/em> in the A Championships.<\/li>\n<li>All under 8s can run, unless they got individual medals in the u9 Cross Country Competition.<\/li>\n<li>Warm up: 10.15am for younger ages.<\/li>\n<li>Start time: 11am sharp.<\/li>\n<li>Entry Fee: \u20ac3 per child, Adults \u20ac5<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As you are well aware Ennis Track &amp; Field Club is a serious Athletics Club with lots of successes at local level, Munster, National and International level. The Club expects all athletes who train with the club to take part in competitions. The fixture on November 1st is an ideal competition to get race experience. There are only a couple of races during the season that you will be asked to take part in.
