Lees road woodland was transformed on friday evening as hundreds of children ran, walked and screamed their way through our twilight run. The woods were lit up with an array of Christmas lights. A host of characters awaited those brave enough to pass. There was John the butcher, who specialised in human meat! There was Chris the corpse leaping out of his coffin to greet those who paid their respects too closely. There was Lorraine the witch stirring up potions with her skeleton cat. And finally there was our lunatic lumberjack whoes chainsaw and crazy laugh echoed through the trees. Thank you very much to everyone who came out early to help set up the eerily awesome woods, and all who brought goodies and helped out with teas/registration/music etc and lastly but most importantly everyone who turned up and helped the woods echo with screams on this spookily twilight night.
