Castlegar hosted a XC 6k in the lovely sunshine and Ennis Track was well represented with Donal Devane winning the 6k in a time of 21:18 followed by 2nd Dean Casey in a time of 21:25. Hanrahan & Chesser take part in the 3000m Steeplechase this Sunday

The National Championships finish their unique event this Sunday. In no way was Covid ever going to prevent this from taking place, and it provided some on your feet performances the highlight being the senior 1500m race between the champion Paul Robinson and minutely missing out Sean Tobin. It has been a superbly ran event and congrats to all who organised it. Credit to Cathal Dennehy, Gerard O’Donnell and others who enable us to keep us glued to the screen for this event.
