The 123.ie National Cross Country XC Championships were held at Rosapenna Hotel & Golf Club, Co Donegal on Sunday the 20th of November and what an day it was. The Autumn Open International Cross Country never fails to entertain, some absolutely super performances with times that show what great shape these athletes are heading into the Cross Country Season. Ennis Track Athletes were there to whet their appetite. First up was the Junior/ Senior and Master Ladies.
