Day 3 and Day 4 of the Munster T&F were held in Cork in hot conditions.  We are extremely proud of everyone who took part – athletes, coaches and parents. Day 3 saw the boys in control.  And what a day it was for Noah McConway earning a triple gold.  An outstanding achievement.  Gold in the  U18 110mH in a time of 15.41, Gold in the U18 Discus with 38.98 and last but not least Gold in the U18 Long Jump with a jump of 6.45m.  In the U18 1500m…

Tallinn was blistering under hot conditions when Dean Casey ran his 5000m.  He ran a great race, gained invaluable experience and finished in 6th position.  We congratulate him and his coach Pat Hogan on all  their hard work on qualifying and without a shadow of a doubt we will be seeing more of Dean on the international stadium.
