News just in Mark Hanrahan has won gold in the boys  U16 3000m in a superb time of 9:15.08. Also bringing home gold today was Chisom Ugwuera in the U17 Triple Jump with a winning jump of 10.87. Congratulations to Laura Healy who came  4th in the Girls U17 3000m in a time of 11:12.68 We await Leo Johnsons results who is up at 17:00, good luck to him.  News hot off the press Leo Johnson 3rd in the U12 60m in a time of 8.33
